Gaby currently works at The Skinners’ Kent Academy as an Assistant Principals overseeing the Language Hub and the Languages Department. She is also one of the Wells Language Hub Specialist teachers. She teaches French and Spanish up to KS5, is an Assessment Associate Moderator for Pearsons and a member of the Association for Language Learning. In addition to her teaching qualification, Gaby also holds a Research Master in English literature as well as in Strategic HRM. She has worked in various educational contexts as Head of Subject, Department, Faculty and on behalf of Links into Languages. She routinely coaches newly qualified teachers and delivers tailored CPDs to aspiring and more established language teachers. Gaby is passionate about Second Language Acquisition processes and always strives to find innovative ways to make languages accessible and achievable to all.

Donna is a Specialist MFL teacher in the Wells Language Hub and also the Head of Languages at Dartford Grammar School. She has been a teacher of languages (French, Spanish, EAL) from KS2 to KS5 for 30 years and has taught GCSE, A level and the IB Diploma. Donna has also worked in language teacher training, both in the UK and internationally, and has conducted research into Foreign Language Learning and the role of memorised chunks of language. Donna is a lifelong language learner and aims to instil that same love of language and language learning in her students.
